The electromechanical & Process Engineering division of Jabria has the credit of completing various prestigious projects of various Ministries, Royal Commission, Ar-Riyadh Development Authorities, Banks and reputed Private Clients. The occupancy being Health Care Facilities, Commercial, Recreational, Malls, Showrooms, Workshops, Banks, Assembly Halls etc.
The systems installed are HVAC of all types from conventional constant volume to variable volume systems, economy cycles, complete with passive energy conservation methods to active energy conservation method, Industrial and Domestic Plumbing, Fire Suppression system, Electrical works of Medium Voltage, Low Voltage and Extra Low Voltage, Cabling of underground and overhead lines, Substations, Telephone Exchange expansion (TEP-6), Security Systems etc.
Thermal Energy Storage:
With its associates Jabria had the pride of introducing the Thermal Energy Storage System (TES), both ice TES and chilled water TES in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Thermal Energy Storage System is installed to supplement the cooling energy in the peak time and store the cooling energy in the off peak hours to run the chillers more effectively, thereby; reducing installed chiller capacity, reducing capital cost of chillers, electrical power distribution and electrical connection cost.
Jabria is the exclusive Agent/Distributor of FAFCO (US) TES system for the Middle East.
Jabria has installed and successfully commissioned several Thermal Energy Storage Systems in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in collaboration of Energico International who is associated with TTI (USA),manufacturer of chilled water tanks its internals and TES equipments and with Direcktor International (USA) designers and engineers of chilled water TES System.
Co-Generation System:
Jabria is active in the field of energy management programme and projects and have executed several energy managed projects. Further expanding its activities in this specialized field of energy conservation / management, the need of the era, Jabria is now working together with International repute energy/management system developers Control Technology of USA who are the prize winner of most economical power generation plant award of 1988 in USA.
For design development and project management expertise in Co-Generation projects Jabria works together with Energico International and Energistics of UK.
Co-Generation system is the most energy efficient system where on site power generation is employed and the waste exhaust energy is utilized to run airconditioning system, domestic hot water requirement, steam requirement of laundry and kitchen etc. In the simple words the waste energy from power plant is utilized thereby reducing the energy requirement to run airconditioning system, produce hot water for heating, laundry and kitchen etc.
